All three locations, New Hartford, CT, Sudbury, MA and Rochester, NY reported increases in sales with the largest increase in the newest location in Rochester.
According to Tom Zotter, President of Allstar, “We have been pleasantly surprised by these sales increases, especially in these economic times. We have lost some sales due to plant closings and the slowdown in manufacturing but this has been more than offset by new customers. In fact, sales for the first half of April are up over 85% from last year.” according to Mr. Zotter.
“We’ve added some great customers lately such as Disney, Goodyear as well as Pepsi Bottlers. We are even looking at adding staff, something that is very unusual in these economic times.” said National Sales Manager Chris Holmes. “Showing customers how they can reduce costs by using less stretch wrap film has been a win-win situation for our customers and for Allstar.”
